Can Intuitive HMS handle multiple hospital branches?

Yes. The system is built for multi-location organisations. Each branch (center) operates independently while sharing a unified admin dashboard. Data is fully isolated per center — no cross-contamination between branches.

Does it support insurance and HMO billing?

Yes. The billing module supports sponsor-patient payment splits, co-payments, insurance approval workflows, and sponsor credit notes. You can configure multiple rate plans and manage outstanding balances per sponsor.

How does pricing work?

We offer a monthly subscription model — so you pay a manageable monthly fee rather than a large upfront lump sum. Pricing varies based on the modules you need and the size of your facility. Contact our team for a quote tailored to your setup.

Can the system be customised for our specific workflows?

There are two levels of flexibility. First, a wide range of configuration options are available out of the box — consultation templates, lab report layouts, print headers and footers, rate plans, and access control settings can all be tailored to your facility without touching code. Second, for bespoke requirements that go beyond standard configuration — such as new modules, custom integrations, or workflow changes specific to your organisation — our development team can build these for you. Custom development work is quoted separately based on scope.

Is there a pharmacy module?

Yes. The pharmacy module covers prescription dispensing with verification queues, FEFO batch tracking (First Expiry, First Out), multi-store inventory across branches, expiry monitoring, vaccine administration tracking, and retail pharmacy sales with receipt generation.

How long does implementation take?

Implementation is designed to be fast. Most facilities are up and running within a short timeframe, and the process is straightforward enough to be handled by your existing hospital staff with our guidance and support throughout. The exact timeline depends on the number of modules, data migration requirements, and the size of your team.

Do you provide training for our staff?

Yes. We provide hands-on training for your team as part of the implementation process. The software is designed to be easy to learn, and our trainers work directly with your staff to ensure everyone is confident before go-live. Ongoing training support is also available as your team grows or new staff join.

How is patient data secured?

The system uses JWT-based authentication, permission-based access control, and center-level data isolation. All documents and uploads are stored securely on AWS S3. Every action is logged with a full audit trail — nothing is deleted without a trace.

Can it integrate with our existing payment processor?

Yes. Paystack integration is built in. A webhook system also allows connection to other payment or third-party services via our REST API.

Does it generate reports and PDFs?

Yes. Lab reports, invoices, receipts, radiology reports, and clinical summaries can all be exported as PDFs. Print layouts are configurable with your facility's header, footer, and branding.

What kind of support do you offer after go-live?

We offer 24/7 online support and onsite support across Nigeria. Standard software upgrades are included as part of your subscription. For bespoke development requests or custom feature additions beyond the standard product, these are scoped and quoted separately.
